HOW WE DO IT?
1. Pre-Event: RSVP Website
Gathering RSVPs can be time-consuming, but we can simplify it for you. With a custom website and hosted under our domain (abovetheline.com.sg/YOURNAMEHERE), guests can easily RSVP online, saving you time and ensuring you have all the necessary information. Let us streamline your event planning!
2. Pre-Event: E-Invite

Electronically sending event invitations via email is eco-friendly and time-efficient.

Two options:
a) Without QR Code: Each guest receives a personalized invite with their name. On the event day, check-in is managed using a unique identifier (e.g., name, phone number, or employee number).
​
b) With QR Code: Each guest receives a personalized invite with their name and a unique QR code. This option requires our QR Code Registration Counter service for check-in on the event day.
2. Event Day
On the event day, we will provide laptops and tablets to streamline the electronic check-in process.

Our team of experienced event crew will manage and oversee registration to ensure a seamless and efficient flow.
