Derick has passion in dance and self defence. Since 7 years old, he has been learning traditional, international dance and Martial arts. Since age of 12, he participated in community event and choreographed for international dance. He started his career as instructor in 2008 for Lesmills program at Fitness First and followed by various fitness industries. He has been teaching Zumba, Kick Boxing, Body Pump, ABT and body Sculpt.

Alvernia Chua

Ms. Alvernia Chua provides individualised nutrition care to a diverse group of patients and has past experiences in various clinical dietetics areas such as surgical, oncological and renal nutrition. She gains satisfaction in helping people in making appropriate dietary changes and still be able to find their enjoyment in food.

Lisa is a Principal Clinical Psychologist.
She provides consultation to child and adult patients with a broad spectrum of emotional problems such as anxiety and depression. She has a personal interest in the study of resilience, mindfulness and positive psychology, which has influenced much of her strengths-based therapy work with her patients.

Melvin Keh

Melvin has been training for MMA for more than 10 years and has trained in various disciplines of martial arts.
He has competed in multiple events and has amassed a wealth of martial arts experience.

Naila Misran

Naila Misran has more than 15 years of experience teaching dance and Les Mills Bodyjam and Sh’bam classes. She has presented internationally in south east Asia, Shanghai, New Zealand and even Sweden! She believes that dancing brings joy and would like to spread that magic to everyone.
Meditation for Calmness Dagge Ong
4:30pm - 5:15pm
Like many teachers Dagge finds that the learning path of yoga is endless – and her own journey is continuous. She has attended the Advanced Yoga Programme with Yoga Vidya Gurukul, teacher training in Iyengar Yoga, Wall Rope Yoga training with Bryan Legere, as well as other training with Shiva Rea and Sarah Powers.
For Dagge, yoga is part of life – helping us to be calm and live skillfully in this world, changing and improving all relationships, creating a joyful, harmonious and meaningful place in which to live.
